Cancellation Policy

The health and safety of each guest is our top concern. Accommodations are low occupancy. Meals are prepared and shared with heightened food safety protocols.

We have all come to understand that change is the only constant in the last two years. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, we’d like to avoid that if possible.

Please research and check travel restrictions and documentations from your city of origin to/from Germany, 2/3G info and consider securing your own private travel insurance as an additional precaution.

We require a non-refundable deposit of US $500 to secure your place in the workshop.

In the event of government mandated covid lockdowns, where it is not possible to continue with the workshop or proof of a positive covid test, all deposits and fees will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of up to US $300.

This fee is to cover our administrative costs, exchange rates of international money transfers, and other variables involved in planning.

In the event of one of the 3 facilitators being prevented from attending due to border restrictions or sickness, the event will continue under the facilitation of the other 2.

Common Sense Policy: If you are unwell/ill, we trust that you will be self responsible and withdraw from the workshop. See our Health Policy for more info.

We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to ask participants to leave the workshop in the event of unacceptable behaviors.

Sonnestrahl (our venue) house policies can be seen here. Please take the time to ensure you understand them.
