Welcoming all parents to be (also pre-conception) to this one day Intensive 'Conscious Pregnancy & Birth' workshop. Conscious means aware, informed, attentive, mindful and from this place we will explore several aspects of conception, pregnancy, birth and relationships that are often missed in regular childbirth education. In particular the value of clearing your own Limbic Imprint before bringing new life into the world. We will experience the Birth into Being Method of Limbic Imprint Recoding as developed by Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova, producer of the groundbreaking documentary 'Birth As We Know It'.

Workshop Schedule: Saturday 28th June
9:30 - 12pm ~ Opening circle and Introduction, 1/2hr educational version of 'Birth of as We Know It', film questions and discussion, Exercise - Invoking your Ultimate Journey into Parenthood, discovering your own truth.
12-1pm ~ lunch, conversation, break
1-3pm ~ Knowledge, awareness, diving into topics often overlooked.
Short afternoon tea break.
3-5pm ~ Guided experience - Limbic Imprint Recoding - an in the body Recoding of conception, gestation, birth and breastfeeding. Re-imprint your entry into the world as one of love and safety, creating new reference points in your nervous system to embrace birth and parenting from an empowered place.
5-6pm ~ sharing, discussion and closing.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes for movement and laying down, bring a pillow and blanket, your journal or paper and pen, an eyemask/blindfold for visualization, any special snacks or items you may need to maintain blood sugar levels and a sense of comfort and wellbeing.
Bring a healthy vegetarian plate to share for lunch - or your own lunch if you have specific dietary requirements.
