Elena's ‘Limbic Imprint Re-Coding’ workshops, DVDs and writings are focused on the conscious creation of a new humanity – re-designing, re-navigating, clearing the pathways from the debris of the past trauma and out-dated behavioral patterns, so our true fundamental core experience of living in the body could be based on love, compassion and common sense.

Whether we are birthing babies, or any of our dream projects, including our own upgraded versions of ourselves, we must first create new reference points in our own nervous system in order for us to know what it really feels like - to love, to feel safe, be supported in this world, to consciously sustain peaceful mindset in the midst of chaos and intensity, how to create from the place of Power that does not need to prove itself, because the only true Power there is - is Love.

We can learn to trust, to connect, to surrender to our own Greatness. It’s easier then we think. Elena's work is designed as a very graceful shortcut to recovering of our deep sense of self and desire to fully show up on this planet at this time. Birthshops are for anyone who was born into less than blissful circumstances and now wants to change the way it is affecting them in the Present. It is not only for pregnant women, but for all interested in shifting their behavioral patterns, rooted in their birth trauma.

Elena's approach is more like a choice between trying to fix an old computer or just buying a new one. Says Elena: "What started for me in Russia in 1982 as work with the Waterbirth Movement, as a search for minimizing birth trauma for babies, grew into a deep and beautiful healing experience for me personally.
