Wow, it was great! Awesome! I did it!!!
There were 9 women from our group devoted to revitalization of every day life of an average man. It was a profound experience both for me and for them, - they were touched very much by it... Elena, please accept their warmth, greetings and deep gratitude for creating this method and teaching me. They've asked me to tell you that.
It worked! I was greatly surprised by the fact that I had a premonition of what they need right now. Thus I was adapting the workshop according to my present feeling of a situation. I felt being guided by some force.
I've experienced that birthing field was taking care about the process and everybody in it. What a relief :-) Now I feel being in my shoes at last!

Dear Elena,
I’ve had the most amazing experience – I’ve finally dared to do what you’ve taught us: had a 'Limbic Recoding' process for about 15 people. I walked in to find several pregnant couples, many mothers, and there was I – a little girl who was sure she could NEVER DO THIS properly. And, of course – I did it! Not only that I DID it, but it was so powerful, so amazing, even the men were crying, in the final sharing circles, the one common theme was – no one could believe that such a “simple meditation” could affect them so profoundly… what a blessing! I felt so “powerful”, in the most humble way, so grateful I was able to conduct something so amazing & allow it to manifest through me into this world. Such pride, with a complete absence of pride at the same time, and complete trust & surrender, - such amazement... The conclusion is – if I could do this, I can do anything!!! So the sky is the limit!
I can’t wait until my next workshop – another rite of passage – where I will use your fabulous techniques again.
Thank you – for inspiring, empowering, informing, transforming & helping me see what I can be… so much more than I ever hoped for.

''I can't believe how passionate I am about this work! The more I do it, the more I see how it speaks to people and liberates them. With every process I do with others, I feel freer in myself, which shows that we truly are all connected.
I am in love with life and nature is the only thing that offers me peace and brings me into balance after a course. Its like humanity is often in such a state of imbalance, and nature is the wise teacher that we should all be tuning ourselves to.
I had a stand recently at the Festival of Life in London and gave out and spoke to at least 150 people and got their emails so now I have the base for an email group....I filled the stand with balloons and flowers and gave out my flyers.
I just held a workshop with 25 people, very bravely. The first guy who volunteered for one-on-one process was very brave too! My goodness, - within 15 mins he was releasing life long trauma relating to his mother never accepting him as he was, and his warmth and peace at the end when we lay him down was beautiful. Everyone in the room was touched. Even the guy who played the guitar as background music was in tears!''

I want to share with you my insight when finally my Chico experience with you has started to settle down in me.
I feel a big shift inside me as well as among my external surrounding.
I am more clear and focused, my vision is clear, my dreams are coming to be true.
I have been given lots of different proposals to participate and bring my experience into new women circles as well as work with individuals.
Forerunners come flying!
I can also see a shift in my relationship with so called outside world. I've been receiving signals that the world is taking care of me as I've been taking care of it.
I've been nursed, hugged, nourished with love by the Life.
I feel being protected and in the right place in the right time!
I'm ready to GO!
So be it.
I'm surrendering myself to my greatest potential.

These ten days were the best decision in my life I have ever made. Now I feel like an adult, free being in this world. It was a wonderful process to get to myself, to find me…I am honored to have the opportunity to meet Elena, to get this precious gift of her warming, loving and accepting guidance. I was like a cocoon mentioned in Birth as we now it movie…and Elena let me become a butterfly and make it on my own. I now know my spirit purpose and it is such a relief to see my way in front of me. Magical changes happened during the training to all of us. My husband and my baby were present at the place where the training was held, witnessed my processes and Martin decided to attend Elena’s training as he saw what it was bringing to me every day.
Now, a month after, I still feel very different and vibrating much higher than ever before…Thank you so much for your work, Elena!

Having been uncertain of whether this work would be 'right for me' before it started and only committing initially to the first two days, I had to stay! I got so much out of doing the full 10 day training! I feel so much lighter, unburdened of a lot of pain and grief that was holding me down and keeping me from fully occupying my life. I feel a sort of surprise at how direct and seemingly simple the processes are, but how profound their effect. It feels like a magical, alchemical thing. It also seems to be continuing under its own momentum.
Elena, your words and your generous sharing of all your extraordinary knowledge and experience, shone light through the processes, illuminating their true worth. I am also incredibly grateful to all the gorgeous goddesses and the brave-hearted men who were with me on the journey! I am excited about starting this work and adding in elements from my background in dance, and I am especially interested in how it can help those women who, like many of my friends, are also traumatized from their experiences of giving birth. ‘Birth Into Being’ is an absolutely revolutionary method! The Apprenticeship Training was amazing! It brought me back to feeling alive! Thank you so much for the birthshop in London! I hadn't felt before such powerful energy pulses running through me as I did during the ten days we spent together. I feel really strong after the birthshop, a woman in her power, able to take on anything! I knew I wanted to study with you from when I first saw your DVD. It was hearing you talk about spiraling that really hooked me in. This forms the basis of so many of my practices: meditation, Qi Gong and bodywork, particularly abdominal massage.

I'm feeling very different - lighter and unburdened! I attended the 6 day course in Mumbai with Elena earlier this year and realized the magic of the workshop! So now I did the 10 day course in London. I feel such relief! I am no longer at war with myself, I feel peace, happy and relaxed - like I did as a child. The processes were magic at releasing baggage that I never even knew I had - and helped me realize my life's purpose!
