welcome_header_bibelena_bio_photoWe can heal ourselves and our collective past, as a tribe of humans on the face of the Earth, so the future generations will be able to thrive as a species. Elena's ‘Limbic Imprint Re-Coding’ workshops, DVDs and writings are focused on the conscious creation of a new humanity – re-designing, re-navigating, clearing the pathways from the debris of the past trauma and out-dated behavioral patterns, so our true fundamental core experience of living in the body could be based on love, compassion and common sense.

Whether we are birthing babies, or any of our dream projects, including our own upgraded versions of ourselves, we must first create new reference points in our own nervous system in order for us to know what it really feels like - to love, to feel safe, be supported in this world, to consciously sustain peaceful mindset in the midst of chaos and intensity,baby_hand_stand how to create from the place of Power that does not need to prove itself, because the only true Power there is - is Love.

We can learn to trust, to connect, to surrender to our own Greatness. It’s easier then we think. Elena's work is designed as a very graceful shortcut to recovering of our deep sense of self and desire to fully show up on this planet at this time. From the place of alignment with our Soul’s intention for this journey, we can truly create a new sustainable world of peace, functional economy and safe technology.

Birthshops are for anyone who was born into less than blissful circumstances and now wants to change the way it is affecting them in the Present. It is not only for pregnant women, but for all interested in shifting their behavioral patterns, rooted in their birth trauma.

Elena's approach is more like a choice between trying to fix an old computer or just buying a new one. Says Elena: "What started for me in Russia in 1982 as work with the Waterbirth Movement, as a search for minimizing birth trauma for babies, grew into a deep and beautiful healing experience for me personally.

Now I call it "Conscious Pro-Creation Movement", recognizing that the whole picture is so much bigger than any one particular kind of delivery or healing modality. The effectiveness of my approach is based on the fact that all experiences that I facilitate, engage all 3 parts of our brain simultaneously – the cortex, limbic and reptilian brain, creating a new reference point for them working together, helping each other instead of fighting each other."

The quality of our civilization largely depends on the way we procreate. The way we arrive into this world defines our capacity for love, compassion, intimacy, as proven by 25 years of research in the
field of Pre-natal psychology. Conscious creation of the new generation is an integral part of conscious living. There is an overwhelming body of evidence that our birth trauma is responsible for
addictions, violence, low self-esteem, poor problem-solving skills, short attention span and a host of physical health problems, which includes the primal, physiological fear of being alive.

Non-traumatized babies, who are conceived and born in love, display an amazing degree of intelligence, kindness, common sense and good health. They are good communicators, peaceful, attentive, caring,
alert, self-motivated human beings, free from aggressive, self-destructive addictions.

Natural birth does require some preparation these days, for the art of birthing has been almost lost. In tribal life it was supposed to be a mother's gift to her daughter, a natural obvious transmission. But
with the modern day stress level and easy access to drugs, in the US, for example, 95% of births are considered traumatic. 50% rated as moderate trauma, 45% of them are rated as 'severely traumatic'.

Women have an amazing built-in mechanism for birthing with ease and dignity, in a way that initiates their mothering instincts to the full capacity. That allows them to be emotionally present for their children, knowing their childrens needs and be creative in meeting those needs. Unfortunately, the opposite is true, too: when the mother feels dis-empowered during the delivery, she has a strong postpartum
depression and is not emotionally bonded with the baby.

In the beginning every one of us was a tiny infant - speechless, vulnerable, in desperate need of tender touch, attention and mother's milk. Remembering this, helps us understand that we are holding the
keys to thriving of our species! Now we have the capacity to enhance the quality of life in one generation through bringing our awareness into our people-making practices and healing of our own birth trauma.
Birth is a powerful initiation, a rite of passage for all involved, which enables us to create a beautiful Life on this planet. It is our birthright!"
